Privacy policy
The short version: this site has no accounts, no logins and no payment forms, so we hold far less about you than the casinos we list ever will. DALMATIA FINANCE LTD (Company No. 14139951) is the data controller for gaminglookout.com. Here is the full picture, as required by UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Server logs. IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — standard for any website, retained for 30 days for security and capacity planning, then deleted.
- Outbound click data. When you follow a casino link, the tracking parameters in the URL tell the operator the visit came from us. That measurement happens on the operator's side; what we receive back is aggregate referral counts, never your identity.
- Email correspondence. If you write to us, we keep the thread for as long as the matter is open, plus twelve months in case it reopens.
What we do not collect
No names, no dates of birth, no payment details, no gambling history. We do not buy data about you, run advertising profiles, or sell anything we hold. Cookie use is minimal and covered separately in the cookie policy.
Legal basis and sharing
We process server logs under legitimate interest (keeping the site running and secure) and correspondence under legitimate interest in answering you. Data is shared only with our hosting provider, which processes it on our instructions, and with authorities where the law requires it. Nothing is transferred for marketing purposes.
Your rights

If you are unhappy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk — no fee, no lawyer needed.
